St. Paddy’s Day Dinner

Join us at The Base at Blue Ridge on March 17th for our St. Patty’s Day Dinner! We are so excited to welcome the community and cuisine!

 

 

Menu Details:

Opening Bite: Boxty shepherd’s pie bite with a potato chip garnish

Course 1: Soda bread with Corned Beef (Crispy), goat cheese, topped with micro greens

Course 2: Pub Salad with butter lettuce, pickled green beans, sliced beets, sliced red onions, boiled eggs, shard cheddar sticks, cucumbers & tarragon dressing

Course 3 : Bangers Away – Boudin Noir, quail egg, beans, sauteed mushrooms, sliced tomato, bacon, toast, potatoes and link sausage

Course 4: Braised Lamb Shanks, fried cabbage with juniper berries and bacon
Potato Scones

Course 5: Blackberry fool and shortbread – Layers of blackberry compote and pastry cream with shortbread crunch


Each course paired with a sample of whiskey or beer from our local brewers and distillers.
